We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and thus, refunds will be initiated under the following conditions:
Hampery do not accept cancellation requests for Any Products .In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day of receipt of the products. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- Defective Product: If the product you receive is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team immediately with relevant details and evidence of the defect.
- Unpacking Video Requirement: In order to process a refund for a defective product, we require a video recording of the unpacking process from the moment the parcel is opened. This video should clearly show the condition of the product upon arrival and any visible defects.
- Mandatory Video: Along with the unpacking video, it is mandatory to provide a 360-degree video of the product. This video should offer a comprehensive view of the product, enabling us to assess its condition accurately.
Please note that failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or rejection of the refund request.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Team Hampery, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
