- Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after the advance/payment is received from the customer. Once the order is confirmed, our team immediately starts the processing and production work. - Customised & Made-to-Order Hampers
All our hampers are specially curated and customised according to your selected products, theme, packaging, personalisation, and requirements. Since every hamper is prepared exclusively for you, we request you to carefully finalise all details before confirming the order. - Changes & Modifications
Once the order is confirmed, changes in products, design, theme, customisation details, quantity, delivery address, or delivery timeline will not be possible. - Cancellation Policy
As soon as the order is confirmed, we begin sourcing products, arranging packaging materials, printing personalised items, and scheduling the production process. Due to this, cancellation requests will not be accepted after order confirmation. - Advance Amount & Refund Policy
Since all hampers are made-to-order and customised specifically for each customer, the advance/payment made towards the order is strictly non-refundable. This policy is necessary because:- Personalised and customised products cannot be reused or resold easily.
- Packaging materials and products are specially arranged for your order.
- Printing, customisation, labour, and production costs are incurred immediately after confirmation.
- Cancellation results in loss of materials, production time, manpower, and business resources from our end as well.
- Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are additional and are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and delivery timeline. Charges may vary for urgent deliveries or multiple-location deliveries. - Multiple Location Deliveries
We also offer delivery to multiple locations for your convenience. Additional delivery charges will be applicable depending on the number of locations and delivery distance. - Delay Due to External Factors
While we always try our best to deliver within the promised timeline, delays caused due to courier companies, weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances will not be considered our liability. - Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to provide accurate details including recipient name, address, contact number, customisation details, and delivery date while placing the order. We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect information shared by the customer. - Support & Assistance
Customer satisfaction is important to us. In certain situations, - What we can do for you in special cases:
- We may assist with order rescheduling if informed within a reasonable timeframe.
- In certain situations, the advance amount can be adjusted toward a future order at our sole discretion.
